Delta
DELTA "Concerted coordination for the promotion of efficient multimodal interfaces" is a 24-months research project funded by the 7th Framework Programme of the European Union.
The DELTA project addresses the problems and needs associated with passenger transport systems facing a seasonal increase in transport volumes.
DELTA provides
- a networking platform for experts and regions to exchange know how
- a decision support instrument for regions to help them identify sustainable mobility measures to decrease traffic volumes during peak season.
Conference
On 4th-5th of October Delta organised together with EPOMM the conjoint conference on "Mobility Management and Seasonal Traffic Flows was a success. There was lots of networking, informative presentations and interesting side events.
